McGarrett and Danno were seen exiting the parking garage when Danno was released after being arrested (Can anyone remember which episode?), but I don't believe they ever showed the front of the building (or am I mistaken?).
I think the episode was "And they painted daisies on his coffin" (S1/ Ep.5).
